Hi guys, I did not update JAWS 2026 since some users are effectively reporting problems with JAWS 2026 december update; basically, screen reader does not run/speak after updating. I assume it’s de crack fault, since a friend of mine using a legittimate JAWS does not encounter this issue.

As of the December JAWS update which I received today, I am no longer able to use the screen reader. I installed the update, and got an error, something to the effect of “File error. Patch error”. To add insult to injury, when I reinstalled JAWS 2026, I got everyone’s (not) favourite “Could not load dcspeech.dls” error, which has nothing to do with the crack, but still quite annoying. I managed to get rid of all of the Freedom Scientific components from my computer before reinstalling JAWS, but when I applied the crack again, I got the same error. Is there anything I need to do on my end to stop this?
Hello yes, I can confirm, what actually happens when you launch jaws 2026 december update, it opens a command terminal window with text that says, error, faitle patch or something to that extent.
